You have 14 calendar days to return your item from the date that you receive it.
We can only accept returns for items that are unused, with tags attached and in their original packaging.
You will also need to supply proof of purchase.
Once your item has been returned, we will check the quality and then process a refund (excluding shipping) fees.
The refund will be processed via credit/debit card and should appear in your account between 2 – 5 business days.
You will need to pay the shipping costs for returning the item(s).
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
